Carlyle Credit Income Fund is a US-based company operating in industry. The company is headquartered in New York City, New York. The company went IPO on 2019-05-29. Carlyle Credit Income Fund (the Fund) is an externally managed closed-end fund focused on investing primarily in equity and junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). The CLOs are collateralized by a portfolio consisting primarily of U.S. senior secured loans with a large number of distinct underlying borrowers across various industry sectors. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to generate current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. The company seeks to achieve our investment objectives by investing primarily in equity and junior debt tranches of CLOs. The Fund may also invest in other related securities and instruments or other securities and instruments, including senior debt tranches of CLOs, loan accumulation facilities (LAFs) and securities issued by other securitization vehicles, such as collateralized bond obligations (CBOs). The Fund is externally managed by Carlyle Global Credit Investment Management L.L.C.
