The company provides financial services to individuals, corporate entities, and other organizations through the origination of loans and the acceptance of deposits in the form of passbook savings, certificates of deposit, and demand deposit accounts. Its business consists primarily of originating single-family real estate loans secured by property in its market area and to a lesser extent, commercial real estate loans, commercial business loans, and real estate secured lines of credit which typically have higher rates and shorter terms than single-family loans. Its services are provided by ten branch offices, six of which are located in Shreveport, Louisiana, two in Bossier City, one in Minden, Louisiana and one in Benton, Louisiana.
