MAA Announces Pricing of Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

GERMANTOWN, Tenn., Nov. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., ("MAA") (NYSE: MAA) today announced that its operating partnership, Mid-America Apartments, L.P. ("MAALP"), priced a $400,000,000 offering of MAALP's 4.650% senior unsecured notes due January 15, 2033 (the "Notes") under its existing shelf registration statement. The Notes were priced at 99.354% of the principal amount. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on November 10, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
