TOLEDO, Ohio, Aug. 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- EpicQuest Education Group International Limited (NASDAQ: EEIQ), ("EpicQuest Education", "EEIQ" or the "Company"), a provider of higher education for domestic and international students in the US, Canada and the UK, today announced that its owned and operated Davis University ("Davis") entered into an agreement with Jishi Holdings (Guangdong) Co. Ltd., established by the School of Artificial Intelligence, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, for the Company to establish a foundational program on the Shenzhen campus of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The Agreement is effective until August 31, 2027.
