Piedmont Lithium, Inc. is an exploration stage company, which engages in the exploration and development of mineral properties. The company is headquartered in Belmont North Carolina, North Carolina and currently employs 23 full-time employees. The Company’s projects include its wholly owned Carolina Lithium project, a fully integrated spodumene ore-to-lithium hydroxide project and a second lithium hydroxide manufacturing train in Gaston County, North Carolina. Its other portfolio includes investments in lithium assets in Quebec, Canada, including the operating North American Lithium (NAL) mine; in Ghana, West Africa with Atlantic Lithium, including Ewoyaa, and in Newfoundland, Canada with Vinland Lithium, including the Killick Lithium project. Carolina Lithium is a proposed, multiphase, fully integrated lithium project in Gaston County, North Carolina, with mining and spodumene concentrate production. The Ewoyaa Lithium Project is located along a national highway in the Cape Coast region of Ghana, approximately 70 miles from the Port of Takoradi and 60 miles from Accra.
