Eaton Vance New York Municipal Bond Fund is a US-based company operating in industry. The company is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. The company went IPO on 2002-08-28. Eaton Vance New York Municipal Bond Fund (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income tax. During normal market conditions, at least 80% of the Fund’s net assets may be invested in municipal obligations, the interest on which is exempt from federal income tax, including the alternative minimum tax (AMT). The Fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in municipal obligations rated BBB/Baa or below provided that not more than 15% of its net assets may be invested in municipal obligations rated below B (or unrated obligations deemed by Eaton Vance to be of equivalent quality). The Fund's investment portfolio includes various sectors, such as hospital, education, housing, bond bank, electric utilities and water and sewer. The investment advisor of the Fund is Eaton Vance Management.
