The company has a 50% non-operated working interest in the Chanares Herrados Exploitation Concession in the Cuyano Basin representing a total of 10,057 gross acres. The company has interest in the Piedra Clavada and Koluel Kaike hydrocarbon exploitation concessions. The Santa Cruz Concessions are in the Santa Cruz Province.
