NEW YORK and LONDON, June 14, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Lifezone Holdings Limited ("Lifezone Metals" or the "Company") has previously announced the entry into a Business Combination Agreement with GoGreen Investments Corporation ("GoGreen") (NYSE:GOGN), a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE"). Today, Lifezone Metals is pleased to announce the appointment of Ingo Hofmaier as its Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Ingo is expected to commence his role with Lifezone Metals by 3 July 2023.
