CONROE, Texas, Nov. 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: STXB) (the "Company"), the bank holding company for Spirit of Texas Bank, today announced that on November 18, 2021, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.12 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2021.
