CASTLE ROCK, CO - June 24, 2020 - Infinity Laboratories (infinitylaboratories.com) is proud to announce the acquisition of MicroMed Laboratories of Petaluma, CA. Founded in 1999, MicroMed Laboratories is a publicly held Environmental Monitoring and Testing Services Company and a division of Sonoma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [NASDAQ: SONA]. MicroMed offers Cleanroom Services and Validations, Environmental Monitoring and a wide spectrum of microbiology tests.
