(TSX-V: STG) ("Stone Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering"). The Offering consisted of the sale of an aggregate of 1,575,000 units of the Company ("Units") at a price $0.20 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $315,000.
