GUELPH, Ontario, Feb. 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Current Water Technologies Inc. (TSX-V:WATR) (“CWTI” or  the “Company”) announces that, subject to regulatory approval and formal documentation, the Company is offering a non-brokered, private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to $350,000. The Private Placement will be for up to 11,666,667 Common Shares at a price of $0.03 per share. This Private Placement will not include Share Purchase Warrants. The Company anticipates closing the financing on or about February 14, 2025.
