CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., July 25, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Virginia National Bankshares Corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ: VABK) announced today that on July 24, 2024 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share to be paid on September 20, 2024 to shareholders of record as of September 6, 2024.
