CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Oct. 25, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Virginia National Bankshares Corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ: VABK) announced today that on October 23, 2024 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share to be paid on December 20, 2024 to shareholders of record as of December 6, 2024. The quarterly cash dividend represents an annual yield to shareholders of approximately 3.25% based on the closing price of the Company's common stock on October 24, 2024.
