(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: USCB), the holding company for U.S. Century Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of Class A common stock, payable on December 5, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2024.
