VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ultra Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: ULT) (“Ultra Lithium” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce it has acquired 100% of the Forgan Lake property from International Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: ILC).
