TORONTO, Dec. 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mitchell Cohen, Chief Executive Officer and President of Urbanfund Corp. (TSX-V: UFC) (“Urbanfund” or the “Company”), announces that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared a dividend of $0.0125 per common share and $0.0125 per Series A, first preferred share for the three-month period ended December 30, 2022, representing $0.05 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on January 16, 2023 to the shareholders of record on December 31, 2022.
