Titan Mining Announces NYSE American Listing Plans and New Executive Appointments

GOUVERNEUR, N.Y., Sept. 08, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Titan Mining Corporation (TSX:TI, OTCQB: TIMCF), (“Titan” or the “Company”) which produces zinc concentrate at its 100%-owned Empire State Mine and is also an emerging natural flake graphite producer, today announced plans to pursue a listing on the NYSE American as part of its U.S. growth strategy. Additionally, the Company has promoted Rita Adiani to Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Adiani will also continue in her role as President and joins the Board of Directors. She succeeds Don Taylor, who will transition to Vice Chair of the Board, ensuring continuity and providing technical oversight. Titan also appointed Jenny Hood as Vice President, Commercial and Sales, and Irina Kuznetsova as Director, Investor Relations.
