HONOLULU, Sept. 30, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Territorial Bancorp Inc. (“Territorial”) again reaffirmed the commitment of its Board of Directors to the proposed merger with Hope Bancorp, Inc. (“Hope”) that was announced on April 29, 2024.
