(NYSE: SWX) ("Southwest Gas Holdings" or the "Company") today announced that it will sell 27,362,210 existing shares of Centuri Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CTRI) ("Centuri") common stock as selling stockholder through a proposed registered public offering (the "Offering"). Upon completion of the proposed Offering, Southwest Gas Holdings will no longer own any shares of Centuri's common stock.
