TORONTO, Oct. 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - PowerBank Corporation (NASDAQ: SUUN) (Cboe CA: SUNN) (FSE: 103) ("PowerBank" or the "Company"), a leader in North American energy infrastructure development and asset ownership, is pleased to announce an update on the development of the 2.6 MW ground-mount solar power project known as the Elmira project (the "Project"), located in Upstate New York. The Project has secured several municipal approvals, including site plan approval and special use permit. The Project has also received a negative declaration under the State environmental quality review act, and, subject to the receipt of financing,is able to begin construction before the end of the calendar year. The Project is expected to be eligible for incentives under the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority ("NYSERDA") NY-Sun Program.
