NEW YORK, June 16, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- The Necessity Retail REIT, Inc. (Nasdaq: RTL/ RTLPP / RTLPO) ("RTL") announced today that it declared quarterly dividends on its outstanding preferred stock. Specifically, RTL declared a dividend of $0.4609375 per share on its 7.375% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock payable on July 17, 2023, to holders of record at the close of business on July 6, 2023.
