(Nasdaq: RR) (“Richtech Robotics” or the “Company”), a Nevada-based provider of AI-driven service robots, announces that it has been selected for preliminary inclusion in the US small-cap Russell 2000^® Index, according to a preliminary list of additions published by FTSE Russell on Friday, May 23, 2025. The newly reconstituted indexes are expected to take effect after US market close on June 27, 2025, as part of the 2025 Russell Indexes reconstitution. Membership in the Russell 2000^® Index, which remains in place for one year, is based on membership in the broad-market Russell 3000^® Index. The Company’s stock will also be automatically added to the appropriate growth and value indexes.
