QUANTA SERVICES ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

HOUSTON, Nov. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to stockholders of $0.11 per share, or a rate of $0.44 per share on an annualized basis, which represents an approximately 10.0% increase from Quanta's last quarterly cash dividend paid in October 2025. The dividend is payable on January 12, 2026, to stockholders of record as of January 2, 2026.
