POET Technologies to Proceed with Voluntary Delisting from TSXV

The delisting from the TSXV will not affect the Company's listing on Nasdaq Capital Market (the "Nasdaq") and POET's Shares will continue to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbol "POET".
