(NASDAQ: PSHG) (“we” or the “Company”), a global shipping company specializing in the ownership of tanker vessels, today reported net income of $9.1 million and net income attributable to common stockholders of $8.6 million for the second quarter of 2025. These results are compared to a net income of $10.2 million and net income attributable to common stockholders of $9.7 million for the same period in 2024. Earnings per share, basic and diluted, for the second quarter of 2025 were $0.69 and $0.23, respectively.
