SCRANTON, Pa., April 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp. ("Peoples") (NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.6175 per share. The dividend is payable June 13, 2025 to shareholders of record May 30, 2025. The dividend of $0.6175 per share represents an increase of 50.6% compared to the dividend declared in the second quarter of 2024.
