SCRANTON, Pa., Feb. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp. ("PFIS") (NASDAQ: PFIS) announced today that James M. Bone, Jr., CPA, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of PFIS and its banking subsidiary, Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company ("PSBT"), will become Chief Financial Officer effective as of March 31, 2025. At the same time, John R. Anderson, III, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will become Chief Operating Officer of PFIS and PSBT.
