NEWTON, N.C., May 17, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina, Inc., Newton, NC (Nasdaq: PEBK) declared the Company’s regular cash dividend for the second quarter of 2024 in the amount of $0.19 per share. The second quarter cash dividend will be paid on June 14, 2024 to shareholders of record on June 3, 2024.
