(NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announces that, following the resolution adopted by the Annual General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 24, 2025, regarding the payment of a total dividend of Ps. 16.84 (SIXTEEN PESOS 84/100 M.N.) per outstanding share, the Company decided to make the dividend payment in two installments.
