Liles has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old Point Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: OPOF) and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old Point National Bank. Cathy has served as Old Point's Interim Chief Financial Officer since July of this year.
