(the “Company” - Nasdaq: OBT), parent company of Orange Bank & Trust Company, (the “Bank”) and Hudson Valley Investment Advisors, Inc. (“HVIA”), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,720,430 shares of its common stock at a price of $23.25 per share.
