RUSTON, La., April 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Origin Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: OBNK) ("Origin"), the holding company for Origin Bank, today announced that on April 27, 2022, its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on May 31, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2022.
