Critelli has announced his retirement from the Board of Directors of Norwood Financial Corp (the “Company”) (Nasdaq Global Market-NWFL) and its subsidiary, Wayne Bank, effective September 16, 2025. The Board of Directors also announced the appointment of Dr. Andrew A.
