(TSX.V:NCI, OTC: NYWKF) (the “Company” or “NTG”), has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. to act as lead agent and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of agents (collectively, the “Agents”), in connection with a best efforts private placement offering of up to 4,545,456 units of the Company (each, a “Unit”) at a price of C$2.20 per Unit (the “Issue Price”) for gross proceeds of up to C$10.0 million (the "Offering").
