("Nabors" or the "Company") (NYSE: NBR) today announced that, effective July 24, 2025, it has expanded its Board to eight members by appointing David J. Tudor to serve on the Board. Mr. Tudor will serve as a member of both the Audit and Risk Oversight Committees of the Board.
