(NASDAQ: MCBS) ("MetroCity"), the holding company for Metro City Bank (the "Bank"), has completed its acquisition of First IC Corporation (OTCEM: FIEB) ("First IC"), the parent company of First IC Bank, both based in Doraville, GA.
