GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Oct. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercantile Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: MBWM) ("Mercantile") announced today that on October 16, 2025, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per common share, payable on December 17, 2025, to holders of record as of December 5, 2025. The $0.38 cash dividend represents an increase of nearly 6 percent from the cash dividend paid during the fourth quarter of 2024.
