GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., July 16, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercantile Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: MBWM) ("Mercantile") announced today that on July 11, 2024, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per common share, payable on September 18, 2024, to holders of record as of September 6, 2024. The $0.36 cash dividend represents increases of nearly 3 percent and 6 percent from the cash dividends paid during the second quarter of 2024 and third quarter of 2023, respectively.
