MAG Announces Second Dividend

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 08, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MAG Silver Corp. (TSX / NYSE American: MAG) (“MAG”, or the “Company”) declares a fixed dividend of $0.02 per share and an additional cash flow linked dividend of $0.18 per share (approximately 30% of the $61.5 million cash received from Juanicipio) for a total dividend of $0.20 per share payable on May 28, 2025 to shareholders on record as of May 19, 2025 (the “Dividend”). The Dividend qualifies as an “eligible dividend” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
