Lyell’s lead clinical program, LYL314 (formerly known as IMPT-314), is an autologous CD19/CD20 dual-targeting CAR T-cell product candidate under evaluation in a Phase 1/2 trial enrolling patients with relapsed and/or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL).
