GAAP net income attributable to common shareholders for the fourth quarter was $3.6 million, or $0.07 per share of common stock, and for the full year was $17.9 million, or $0.34 per share of common stock. Distributable earnings for the fourth quarter were $5.4 million, or $0.10 per share of common stock, and for the full year were $23.2 million, or $0.44 per share of common stock.
