(“Landmark”; Nasdaq: LARK) reported diluted earnings per share of $0.51 for the three months ended March 31, 2024, compared to $0.48 per share in the fourth quarter of 2023 and $0.61 per share in the same quarter last year. Net earnings for the first quarter of 2024 amounted to $2.8 million, compared to $2.6 million in the prior quarter and $3.4 million for the first quarter of 2023. For the three months ended March 31, 2024, the return on average assets was 0.72%, the return on average equity was 8.88%, and the efficiency ratio was 73.0%.
