(“Landmark”; Nasdaq: LARK) reported diluted earnings per share of $0.64 for the three months ended June 30, 2023, compared to $0.64 per share in the first quarter of 2023 and $0.58 per share in the same quarter last year. Net earnings for the second quarter of 2023 amounted to $3.4 million, compared to $3.4 million in the prior quarter and $3.0 million for the second quarter of 2022. For the three months ended June 30, 2023, the return on average assets was 0.88%, the return on average equity was 11.52%, and the efficiency ratio was 69.2%.
