(“Landmark”; Nasdaq: LARK) reported diluted earnings per share of $0.55 for the three months ended September 30, 2023, compared to $0.64 per share in the second quarter of 2023 and $0.48 per share in the same quarter last year. Net earnings for the third quarter of 2023 amounted to $2.9 million, compared to $3.4 million in the prior quarter and $2.5 million for the third quarter of 2022. For the three months ended September 30, 2023, the return on average assets was 0.74%, the return on average equity was 9.87%, and the efficiency ratio was 73.8%.
