HOUSTON, May 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (the “Company” or “KYN”) announced today the appointments of Holli C. Ladhani and Michael N. Mears as independent directors of the Company, effective immediately. Following the retirements of Anne K. Costin and Albert L.
