(NASDAQ GS: KRNY) (the “Company”), the holding company of Kearny Bank (the “Bank”), reported net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 of $7.4 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $13.8 million, or $0.22 per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2023.
