HOUSTON, TEXAS, Dec. 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guardion Health Sciences, Inc. (“Guardion” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash distribution (the “Distribution”) in an amount equal to $3.25 per share of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), held by the Company’s stockholders of record on October 30, 2024, which was the effective date of the Company’s previously-announced legal dissolution. The Company expects to pay the Distribution on or before December 27, 2024.
