RYE, N.Y., Nov. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Trustees of The Gabelli Dividend & Income Trust (NYSE:GDV) (the “Fund”) increased the annual distribution to $1.80 per share, which will be paid $0.15 per share monthly, commencing with the January 2026 monthly distribution. The $0.15 per share monthly rate is a 36% increase from the $0.11 per share monthly rate in 2024. The increase reflects the strength of the Fund’s NAV total return of 16% year to date.
