(the "Company") (OTCQX: GBFH), the parent company of GBank (the "Bank") today reported net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, of $3.7 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, compared to $3.5 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, during the fourth quarter of 2023, and $3.3 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, for the same period in 2023.
